What exactly does the kit contain?

Everything you need to create your bag, with no extra purchase required: pre-cut and pre-punched pieces, thread, needles, hardware, tools, and a clear video tutorial. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the joy of sewing.

Will I be able to do it if I don't know how to sew?

Yes, of course. Our bags are specially designed for beginners. The kit contains all the pre-cut pieces, and a simple video tutorial guides you step by step. If you know how to thread a needle, you can do it.

Do you need a sewing machine?

No, no machinery is required. Everything is done by hand, quietly, with the tools provided in the kit. No equipment or experience is required.

How long does it take to sew a bag?

Allow between 1 and 4 hours depending on the model. It's a truly relaxing experience, perfect for a quiet evening or a creative weekend.

What if I make a mistake while sewing?

Don't panic. The tutorial is here to guide you, and our customer service team is available if you have any questions. If you're having trouble, we're here to help you finish your bag.

From what age can you sew a bag?

Our kits are suitable for ages 12 and up, with a little adult help for the tricky parts. After that, there's no age limit: it's a soothing and rewarding activity at any stage of life, whether you're a beginner or simply curious to create something with your hands.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our orders are shipped from our warehouses in France or the United Kingdom. Delivery generally takes between 2 and 4 working days in most cases. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is shipped.

Is there a warranty or exchange possible?

Yes. You have 30 days to exchange your kit if it doesn't suit you. If an item is missing or damaged upon receipt, we'll resend it to you free of charge. And for added peace of mind, you can add an insurance card to your purchase: it extends the warranty to 1 year, even in the event of breakage or tear.

Can I wash the bag once it is sewn?

The bags are designed to last, but as they are handmade, it is recommended to gently clean them by hand with a damp cloth.
