Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify your decision.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all their components and packaging.

2. Return procedure

All return requests must be made through our returns portal, accessible from your customer account or the Site's footer. From this portal you can:

  • enter your order information,
  • indicate the reason for your return,
  • download the appropriate label or instructions.

Depending on the selected reason:

  • If the request is related to an error on our part (defective product, missing part, wrong product or wrong colour sent), a prepaid return label will be provided.
  • If the request is related to personal convenience (change of mind, order mistake, exchange), you can download a return form and organise the shipment at your own expense.

3. Return costs

Customer's responsibility: change of mind, order mistake, exchange, and any request related to personal convenience.

Our responsibility: defective product, missing part, preparation error, or any case covered by the legal warranty of conformity or the optional commercial warranty extension.

4. Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another product available on the Site:

  • Product at the same price: exchange at no additional cost (excluding return shipping if applicable).
  • More expensive product: the difference is settled before dispatch of the new item.
  • Cheaper product: the difference is refunded to your original payment method.

5. Refund

The refund is issued no later than 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. We may however defer this refund until receipt of the returned item, or until proof of its shipment by the Customer, whichever is earliest.

The refund covers all amounts paid, including initial shipping costs (up to the cost of the standard delivery option if a more expensive option was chosen by the Customer).

The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the initial order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In practice, we aim to process this refund within 5 business days from receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

6. Legal warranty of conformity and commercial warranty extension

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (2 years from discovery, Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). 7. Recommendation

For items worth over €75 (or local equivalent), we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the parcel. Any parcel that does not reach the Vendor and for which the Customer cannot prove shipment cannot be refunded.
