Do I need a sewing machine?
No, absolutely not. Everything is sewn entirely by hand with the needle and thread provided in the kit. No additional materials are required.
What if I've never sewn in my life?
93% of our customers had no sewing experience. The pieces are pre-cut, the holes are pre-punched, and the video tutorial guides you step by step. You don't design anything—you assemble.
How long does it take to make the bag?
Allow between 2 and 4 hours depending on your pace. Most of our clients finish in one session, the equivalent of a good film. You can also do it in several sessions: pause and resume whenever you want.
What if I make a mistake along the way?
Don't panic. The waxed thread comes undone easily: simply pull to unpick and start the step again. Extra thread is included in each kit for this reason.
What if there's a missing piece in my kit?
Each kit is checked before shipping. If, despite this, a part is missing, contact our customer service: we will send a replacement free of charge and immediately.
What if the product doesn't suit me?
You have 30 days to return your kit to us.
