Giveaway rules

Article 1 – Organiser
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organised by CAJ DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the State of New Mexico (USA), not registered with the French trade register, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, operating the Dunelace brand and the website www.dunelace.com (the "Organiser"). Contact: contact@dunelace.com.
Article 2 – Dates
The Giveaway runs from Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 9:00 am to Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 11:59 pm, Paris time (UTC+2). Only orders placed during this period take part in the Giveaway.
Article 3 – Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to any individual aged 18 or over who places an order on www.dunelace.com during the Giveaway period, whatever their delivery country. Employees, contractors and partners of the Organiser, and members of their household, are excluded.
Article 4 – How to enter
A purchase is required to take part. Every order placed and paid for on www.dunelace.com during the Giveaway period is automatically entered into the draw, with nothing else to do. Each valid order counts as one entry. A participant can win only one prize.
The following do not take part: orders cancelled, fully refunded or withdrawn before the draw, and fraudulent or unpaid orders.
Article 5 – Prizes
The Giveaway offers 3 prizes. Each prize is a full refund of the order drawn: the winner is refunded the total amount actually paid for that order, including VAT and shipping. The value of each prize is therefore equal to the total amount of the winning order. Winners keep the items in their order, which are delivered as normal.
Article 6 – Draw
The draw will take place on Thursday 22 October 2026 at 12:00 pm (Paris time), among all valid orders, using a random draw tool applied to order numbers, carried out by the Organiser. Three winning orders will be selected.
Article 7 – Notification of winners
Winners will be notified by email, at the address used for their order, within 48 hours of the draw. No action is required on their part. The Organiser will never ask for any payment or bank details: any message asking for these does not come from the Organiser. Winners may be announced on Dunelace's social media by their first name and the initial of their last name only, unless they object by email to contact@dunelace.com.
Article 8 – Delivery of prizes
The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 15 business days of the draw. The time it takes to appear on the winner's account depends on their bank or payment provider. If a refund to that payment method is not possible, the Organiser will contact the winner by email to agree on another solution; if the winner does not reply within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to a third party. The refund granted under the Giveaway does not affect the winner's statutory rights, but cannot result in the same order being refunded twice.
Article 9 – Minors
The Giveaway is reserved for adults. Any order placed by a minor is excluded from the draw.
Article 10 – Liability
The Organiser cannot be held liable for any technical problem, fraud or any event beyond its control. It reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability. It also reserves the right to exclude any order or participant that does not comply with these rules or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.
Article 11 – Personal data
The data controller is CAJ DEVELOPMENT LLC. The data used for the Giveaway (order number, first name, last name, email address) is the data already collected when the order was placed; it is used solely to carry out the draw, notify winners and make the refund, on the basis of the performance of these rules. It is shared only with the Organiser and its payment providers, and is never sold or transferred. Giveaway-specific data is kept for 3 months after the draw, then deleted; order data remains subject to the website's privacy policy. Under the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of their data, by email to contact@dunelace.com. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Article 12 – Governing law and disputes
These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@dunelace.com no later than 30 days after the draw. In the event of a persistent disagreement, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action before the competent French courts.
Article 13 – Instagram and Meta
If the Giveaway is shared on Instagram or Facebook, it is in no way organised, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc., which cannot be held liable for it.
Article 14 – Acceptance of the rules
Taking part in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these rules, available free of charge on this page.
